RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We sincerely apologize for having to direct you, our dear customer, to this page.  Below are Yingen Batik’s returns and exchanges policy terms.

 

Please note that complaints must be submitted within 1 week from the received date.

1 – Return or Refund is only permissible if:

      • The ordered item is prove to be defected/torn.
      • The ordered item is not the one as ordered.
      • The ordered item is lacking in quantity.

2 – All items that submit for refund should attached with real-time proofs (such as unboxing video).

3 – If you received item fits into any of the categories mentioned above, please contact our customer service team at admin@yingenbatik.com

4 – Items that are to be returned must be in its original condition. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted by our company. The items must also have the original tag still attached.

5 – No returns or refunds will be given for reasons below but not limited to:

      • Incomplete mailing address
      • Damage of product due to customer’s own negligence
      • Customer does not like the color
      • The size does not fit
      • The ordered item is in the process of shipping 
      • Changes mind about the purchase
